- Planning of maintenance activities such as preventive, predictive maintenance and calibration through CMMS
- Ensure maintenance documentation compliance, standard operating procedures and work instructions
- Ensures that the facilities machinery, system and equipment are maintained properly and working correctly.
- Review daily work orders and provide Monthly reports to ensure proper data collection
- Review procured spare parts and equipment for the plant.
- Lead and training staff on equipment operating and maintenance procedures
- Conducting maintenance process audits
- Setting and tracking maintenance KPIs
- Coordinates work performed by outside contractors, vendors, and engineering consultants.
- Liaise with production Planner for equipment emergency repair
- Ensure all equipment certificate/inspection and renewal
