Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the daily management of bank accounts, coordination of account opening documentation, and related fieldwork.
- Review and process external payments, employee reimbursements, salary disbursements, and other settlement transactions.
- Manage communication and transactions with banks, ensuring timely recording of income and expenses.
- Monitor bank transactions and balances in real-time, track the status of incoming funds, and execute fund transfers efficiently.
- Undertake other tasks assigned by the leadership.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or higher in a relevant field such as accounting.
- Over one year of experience in financial roles.
