Our client, from the Oil & Gas industry has an immediate need for a Customer Service Representative located in Singapore, Jurong Island. This is your opportunity to join a growing company offering a competitive base salary and benefits.
What You will do:
· Responsible for direct customer service activities like processing customer order and billing in timely manner, customer order documentation preparation and open order management.
· Giving support and coordinating on resolving the problems of internal/ external clients.
· Interacts with other collaborators and suppliers in solving customers' problems.
· Requires some decision making skills in resolving customer problems, communicating issues, and maintaining customer data in the order entry and order processing systems.
Minimum Requirements
· Diploma in any discipline with 3 to 5 years of relevant experience or Degree with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
· Logistics knowledge and understanding import/export preferred
· Knowledge of handling chemical documentations and deliveries preferred
· Strong Interpersonal communication skills. (Especially Good command of English).
· Good problem-solving skills, organized, meticulous and customer focused
· Bilingual proficiency.
· Advanced knowledge of chemical products and services is required.
· Team player and able to multi tasks and with good time management
· Computer literacy (Ms. Office). SAP Knowledge a definite advantage.
