Job Description
- Responsible for the full HR functions including planning, coordinating, and implementing HR activities. The functions include workforce strategy planning, recruitment and selection process, employee relations, compensation, performance management, HR policies and regulatory compliance, with responsibility for directing specific projects and programs.
- Partner with business stakeholders to identify/define talent/manpower requirements to build strong talent pipeline.
- Provide guidance to line management/employee relations/workplace issues such as grievances, disciplinary matters, employee exits etc.
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation to all levels of management/ employees and ensure company and regulatory compliance.
- Support and facilitate seamless, efficient and timely execution of day-to-day HR processes and transactions.
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant HR experience.
- Proficient in Japanese in order to liaise with related party, required to have at least JLPT N1 level as the role required to communicate with Japan HQ and translation of Japanese documents to English vice versa (Business level).
- Able to take initiative and work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.
- Possess good corporate network and relationship.
- Team player.
- Familiar with Japanese Firm operations.
