Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Identify and cultivate new business opportunities, fostering relationships with potential clients.
- Presentation: Deliver compelling presentations showcasing our products and solutions.
- Strategic Development: Formulate and execute effective sales strategies, constantly updating business plans to drive growth.
- Product Knowledge: Stay ahead of industry trends, updating teams on new products and features.
- Sales Opportunity Development: Take the lead in sales visits, proposal preparation, and presentation of products, ensuring a seamless contract negotiation process and successful sales closures.
- Account Growth Strategies: Develop and implement sales strategies to nurture existing accounts and cultivate relationships with new clients.
- Sales Quota Achievement: Work towards and exceed set sales quotas, actively participating in yearly and periodic budget exercises.
Requirements:
- Min Diploma / Higher Nitec in Land Surveying / Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- At least 2-3 years of sales experience in Construction industries.
