Responsibilities:
- Assist with the full spectrum of HR functions, including but not limited to, recruitment & selection, on-boarding & off-boarding process management, compensation & benefits administration, training administration, employee relations and etc.
- Undertake other HR initiatives and ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resource Management with 10 years of HR generalist working experience, including payroll administration.
- Meticulous, resourceful and responsible team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with people at all levels.
- Independent and able to work under pressure.
