· Project co-ordination and planning with sub-contractors and suppliers;
· Attending site meetings occasionally and handling clients’ requirements;
· Preparing and formalizing work orders and subcontract agreements/ variation orders/ final accounts;
· Monitoring and keeping records on all variation orders in the project;
· Settlement of project final accounts with clients;
· Evaluation and certification of sub-contractors’ progress payments;
· Evaluates subcontractors’ works and recommends payments;
· Liaises with consultant’s Quantity Surveyor for contractual requirements;
· Performs other ad hoc duties as assigned.
· Responsible for measuring quantities and taking off
· Prepare Variation Orders, claims, final accounts, settlement and sub-contractor payments
· Prepare tender and contract documents, including bills of quantities with the architect and/or the client.
· Undertake cost analysis for repair and maintenance project work
· Assist in establishing a client’s requirements and undertake feasibility studies
· Perform risk, value management, and cost control
Job Requirements:
- Degree / Diploma in Constructions Building or its equivalent
- Ability in contract negotiation, contract administration & variation orders
- Able to work independently, be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, a good team player & able to meet tight deadlines
