F&B Food Restaurant & Bar is looking for Chef
Must have at least 5 years of culinary chef experience in the food business.
Must be able to cook good North Indian/Punjabi cuisine.
Must be able to monitor the kitchen's daily full operations;
1. Ordering raw materials
2. Maintaining and controlling food cost
3. Job scheduling of all kitchen staff & helpers
4. Ensure timely delivery of all cooked food
5. Ensure good food hygiene & cleanliness of the kitchen
6. Ensure top-notch quality of food
7. Able to plan different weekly menu for the kitchen
8. Must be very professional to use Tandoor.
