Job Descriptions
- Provide Corporate Secretarial advice to clients.
- Prepare/ renew minutes of Directors' and Shareholders' meeting as well as Director's and Shareholders' resolutions for specific transactions.
- Manage a portfolio of companies.
- Ensure compliance with relevant statutory and regulatory requirements.
- Perform any duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the head of Corporate Secretarial.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of Corporate Secretarial experiences.
- Minumim diploma qualification.
- Ability to prioritise and meet the deadlines.
- Able to perform under stress.
