Responsibilities
- Manage and process expatriates monthly claims
- Manage and process expatriates new and renewal tenancy agreement
- Take care of office supplies and equipment.
- Support office building facility maintenance including security system related matters
- Manage and process office insurance and other administrative related agreements
- Support office & mobile lines and related equipment maintenance
- Perform other ad-hoc duties as required
Requirements
- Minimum 2-3 years of experiences in general office matters
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Japanese language skill is a MUST as individual needs to speak and write in Japanese as this role supports Japanese colleagues from HQ
