- Handle member inquiries, provide information about classes, memberships, and studio offerings.
- Manage check-ins, class registrations, and process payments using our system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the front desk area.
- Assist in coordinating spinning classes, including setting up and troubleshooting as needed.
- Adhere to health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe environment for members and staff.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless operations.
