Tender Participation & Quotations
- Prepare & organise all documents required for the submission of tender.
- Measurement take off & cost estimation for various trades.
- Preparation of ITQs/Sourcing of suppliers/ subcontractors
- Prepare budget & recommendation report for approval
Contract administration
- Review of contracts & understand contractual obligations
- Draft & preparation of subcontracts
- Preparation & submission of claims
- Advise operations/ project team on contractual rights
- Ensuring the cost is managed within budget throughout the project
- Ensure meticulous assesment of costs for all VO works
Job Requirements
- Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
- Minimum 8-years of relevant working experience in the construction industry
- Well versed in PSSCPC and SIA
- Good team player
- Good communication and negotiation skills
