Responsibilities
- CEO secretarial servicesSchedule management
Making reservations for flights, hotels, cars, and restaurants for business trips
Support for preparation for board meetings (e.g., confirming attendees for inclusion in minutes, etc., eventually assuming concurrent duties as company secretary)
- Operations related to the head office in JapanHotel reservations for business travelers and support during their stay
Prepare simple reports and manage documents
IT equipment management and simple troubleshooting

Requirements
- Candidate must have 2~3 years of experience in secretary / Administrator.
- Proficient in Japanese is required to communicate with Japan HQ and business partners.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
