As an AI Engineer, you will be a key member of our AI and Machine Learning team, responsible for developing and implementing cutting-edge AI solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy AI models that address complex business challenges and drive innovation. Key Responsibilities:
- AI Model Development: Design, develop, and implement AI and machine learning models to solve real-world problems, leveraging data-driven insights and advanced algorithms.
- Data Preprocessing: Collect, preprocess and clean large datasets to ensure high-quality input for AI models, including data normalization, feature engineering, and data augmentation.
- Model Training and Evaluation: Train and fine-tune AI models using appropriate frameworks and libraries, and rigorously evaluate model performance through various metrics.
- Deployment: Deploy AI models into production environments, optimizing for scalability, reliability, and efficiency.
- Algorithm Optimization: Continuously improve and optimize AI algorithms and models to enhance performance and accuracy.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with data scientists, software engineers, and other stakeholders to integrate AI solutions into existing products and systems.
- Research and Innovation: Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in AI and machine learning, and contribute to the research and development of new AI capabilities.
- Documentation: Maintain clear and comprehensive documentation of AI models, algorithms, and processes.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous testing and validation to ensure the robustness and reliability of AI solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Master's or Ph.D. preferred).
- At least 4 years experience in AI and machine learning model development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, PyTorch, or similar.
- Strong understanding of deep learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.
- Experience with system development data preprocessing, and model evaluation.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms and AI deployment technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- A passion for staying updated with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning.
- Proficiency in Japanese reading and writing, with a JLPT N1 certificate or equivalent skill required.
