Breathe is currently recruiting for a Talent Partner. We are looking for someone who sees themselves as a self-starter and who is searching for a more dynamic environment where they can deliver real impact and have some fun along the way.
What you’ll do:
- 360 recruitment - complete ownership of the process and revenue generation
- Account Management - be the face for our existing client base, farm accounts, manage relationships and ensure delivery
- New Business - approach new clients, manage sales calls, secure new projects and negotiate new contracts
- Candidate Management and delivery- engage with candidates, and guide them through the process to success whilst providing an enjoyable experience.
Who you’ll be:
- You are someone who is experienced and competent in agency recruitment
- You have a strong track record of hitting your revenue targets consistently
- You are well-connected in your local market and have a loyal client and candidate base
- You are confident working independently and working remotely
- You see yourself as a Rockstar, not a Superstar (and you know the difference)
- You have a passion for customer service and love interacting with and helping people
