Our client is a from Manufacturing Industry. They are looking for a Sales Manager to assist their team in the next phase of their business. They are located in West.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales Head & Management for sales plans and strategies
- Develop sales pipelines, budgets, and track performance against targets
- Identify key decision-makers, build new business relationships, and nurture existing ones
- Utilize consultative selling for proposals aligned with Greenpac's products and services
- Analyze project financials and prepare business cases for Management approval
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Procurement, Production, and Operations teams
- Proactively manage customer relationships and address issues promptly
- Organize regular business reviews to maintain positive relationships with key customers
- Monitor competitors, gather market intelligence, and adjust sales strategy accordingly
- Prepare and present periodic sales reports and forecasts for Management review
- Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company.
Requirements:
- Min Degree in any discipline.
- Min 5 years of working experience in sales, business development, consultancy, solution design or commercial roles.
- Preferably with background in packaging, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
