About Our Client
We are partnering with a MNC organisation in the law and legal industry, headquartered in London. Working closely with global stakeholders and HQ teams, the successful candidate will benefit from and contribute to an experienced technical team.
Job Description
- To provide a level 3 support for the day-to-day service delivery, problem solving and implementation tasks
- Able to manage and maintain devices such as desktop/laptop; smartphones/tablets using Microsoft Intune, Autopilot and SCCM
- To develop and implement automation and Scripting solutions to streamline mobile device management processes
- To troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to supported devices, including Windows, mobile (VPN) connectivity, remote application installation, and security/policy settings
- Communicate internally and to develop and encourage effective communications processes across the team
- Able to ensure documentation, policies and procedures are maintained and adhered to
The Successful Applicant
- At least 5 years of experience in managing PC and mobile devices using Microsoft SCCM, Microsoft Intune and/or Autopilot.
- Experience with Windows Autopilot in AAD and Hybrid environment
- Strong knowledge of mobile device platforms (iOS, Android) such as Intune device management, Azure administration
- Familiar with Shell scripting
