Responsibilities :
- Oversee maintenance and engineering operations for electrical facilities within manufacturing plants, ensuring the safe and seamless functioning of operations.
- Effectively coordinate and execute significant field maintenance projects, prioritizing the safety of workers and preserving the integrity of facilities.
- Collaborate with internal and external business units to facilitate timely completion of maintenance tasks, minimizing disruptions to plant operations.
- Perform engineering studies and modifications on electrical facilities in alignment with technical specifications and business requirements.
- Organize and conduct training sessions for Electrical Supervisors, aiming to enhance their skill sets and competency levels. Additionally, implement management systems compliant with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and SS506 standards.

- Possessing hands-on experience in the electrical facilities of chemical plants is a plus.
- Possess basic knowledge in programmable logic controllers (PLC) and human-machine interfaces (HMI) is an added advantage.
