Are you a dynamic and creative professional with a passion for marketing communications? We are on the lookout for a talented individual to assist the team in planning and implementing strategic initiatives to strengthen our brand and collaborate with our stakeholders to create and implement effective communication strategies.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns that promote the organization’s programme, initiatives and events, collaborating with internal teams and external partners
- Uphold and enhance the organisation’s brand identity through consistent messaging and ensuring compliance to brand identity
- Create marketing collaterals such as brochures, posters, and wall murals to support outreach efforts
- Produce digital materials such as electronic posters and patient education videos
- Develop compelling contents, copy write and design attractive collaterals for various marketing channels
- Work with workgroups to craft key messages and produce collaterals to support clinical programmes and initiatives
- Maintain and manage the corporate website
- Maintain and update company event calendar
- Create contents and write stories for our external newsletter
- Strategise and implement marketing efforts to publicise My Care Team and drive HSG enrolment
- Work closely with the Membership Office to strategise and facilitate recruitment and member retention for the Membership Programme
Requirements:
- A Degree in Marketing / Mass Communications or equivalent, with 2 years of relevant work experience; fresh graduates are welcome to apply
- Excellent communicator and a creative thinker
- Excellent written and spoken English
- Meticulous with strong organizational skills
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects, and deliver results within set timelines
- Highly motivated, solutions-oriented, a self-starter and a good team player
- Knowledge of SEO and Google Analytics
- Ability to create visuals with experience in storyboarding and video editing will be an advantage
