- Set up, prepare and send bills
- Troubleshoot and resolving issues
- Liaise with external vendors / landlords for billing related issues
- Prepare monthly and daily settlements
- Prepare customer / internal financial or billing related reports as required
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all bills and settlements
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum diploma in Business/ Finance/ Accountancy/ IT
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Location: Somerset
- Working hours: Mon-Fri, 8:30am - 6pm
- Salary: Up to $4500
- 1 year contract (renewable)
- Able to start work immediate or within short notice
