The Talent
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the end-to-end recruitment process
- Strong communication skills to liaise with stakeholders
- Recruiting experience within the biopharma/life science will be an added advantage
The Job
- You will source, engage and recruit mid to senior-level hires across the APAC region
- The role is a highly collaborative and visible role interacting with leaders across the region to execute hiring plans
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies to engage and develop a pipeline of passive talent apart from the active pool.
- Create strong governance with hiring teams to identify trends within the market, strategize on outreach approaches, and brainstorm creative search methods.
- Leverage internal tools to build pipeline and engage active and passive talents in the markets
- Focus on diversity and inclusion hiring and ensuring a diverse candidate slate across all roles.
- Report on recruiting metrics and performance on a regular basis
