Job Responsibilities:
- Managing recruitment and selection as well as internship programs to meet the organization’s manpower needs.
- Planning and coordination of company events and managing employee welfare and wellness program.
- Primary contact for payroll execution and overseas manpower administration.
- Ensure that the organization remains compliant on all legislative manpower law.
- Support in building up relevant HR framework and policies for the organization.
- Support build-up for a strategic performance management framework, tied to organizational goals and objectives.
- Rewards system to recognize individual and/or company performance.
- Tie in performance management system to gaps analysis and linking it to the learning and development framework.
- In-charge of the preparation of Letter of Offers and Employment Contracts for new joiners.
- Maintaining master list of all employees.
- Maintenance of personnel-related files and records such as P-files and timesheets.
- Assist in the onboarding of new hires and off-boarding/ clearance for resignees, including conducting exit interviews.
- Working hours are from 9pm to 5am
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Management or any related discipline.
- Strong interpersonal skills with key decision makers as well as across the various levels of employees.
- Good business and people acumen with the ability to frame HR initiatives and expertise in a business context.
- Strong written and verbal communication skill; ability to present, persuade, influence, and shift perspective as needed.
- Ability to effectively build relationships across all levels by establishing trust and credibility.
- Able to work independently.
- Travelling to Thailand, Vietnam and Korean is required
