Job Description:
- Expert Tech PM (from within the current CG SoW) who can help with the management of this integration.
- The role would involve engaging and interlocking the relevant IT teams, managing the BAs across the various workstreams to ensure the user stories , test strategies and test plans are ready, managing the risk and establish governance and reporting, all while managing dependencies across the other workstreams
- Robust PM working with the business to conceptualize solutions/operating models
- Change Adoption activities to embed the change seamlessly and drive benefit realization
- Program and Project management to drive momentum and deliver strategic changes ensuring quality and pace.
Requirements:
- Strong BA experience and consultative skills.
- Not technology focused, more business focused)
- Good communication skills.
- Digital and Agile experience a must Domain: Insurance or Lending or customer onboarding
- Estimate and Plan the project deliverables and release life cycle.
- Understand technical dependencies and help team to resolve technical blockers with help of technical leads
- Communicate and track the project tasks between different teams.
- Define and Ensure team follows process for deliverables
- Monitor and close defect backlogs, planned releases
- Identify the risks that can delay the deliverables and manage them, such that the scope scheduled, and quality of the deliverable is not affected.
- Team management – Keep team motivated towards deliverables
- Good communication and be first point of contact for customer 5. Tools/Technology: good understanding of Github ,ReactJS, Springboot, pyspark, GCP , Bigtable, data proc, bigquery.
