Fujifilm Business Innovation Asia Pacific is seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Senior Systems Analyst (Business Intelligence) to provide support to FUJIFILM Asia Pacific (FFAP), FUJIFILM Business Innovation Asia Pacific (FBAP), and all operating companies in the Asia Pacific region on applications relating to Business Intelligence (BI) for management & operational reporting and integration layer with source data systems. In this role, you will participate in implementation-enhancement projects to plan, coordinate, and liaise with users on system requirements gathering, solutions, design, and documentation.
The primary focus will be on in-house developed applications, supporting in areas of business operations, KPI reporting, and business analytics.

RESPONSIBILITIES & TASKS:
As a Senior Systems Analyst, your responsibilities will include:
Key Accountabilities:
- Design BI Architecture in Azure Cloud and migrate on-premise BI systems to Azure
- Lead in user requirements gathering and perform system impact analysis of changes required by business from a technical perspective
- Drive user discussions and conduct workshops to facilitate information-gathering
- Perform a feasibility study to ascertain the area of automation
- Propose and review solutions with respective stakeholders affected by the change
- Document user requirements into user specifications (functional and technical)
- Lead in system design and development of solutions according to the agreed user specifications
- Develop test plans and scripts
- Conduct testing on developed solutions to ensure compliance with user specifications and internal quality assurance requirements (e.g. system performance benchmarks)
- Lead in user training and user acceptance testing
- Ensure proper deployment of changes to the production environment in accordance with internal procedures
- Collaborate and initiate change with business users to provide improvements to standardize system processes and propose business solutions meeting business needs/requirements. This involves a good collaborative effort with staff members from cross-functional areas (e.g. sections, departments, and entities from the Asia Pacific region)
- Review all work deliverables from development resources assigned and provide guidance to development accordingly. Resources can be internal or extended vendor resources on technical delivery
- Provide periodic reports to the reporting manager on work status/project progress
- Accountabilities are applicable to daily support, change order sustenance, and project work
- Ensure full compliance with company policies, internal procedures, information security, and JSOX audit requirements for all work performed
- Other duties as assigned by the supervisor
Daily Support:
- Dedicate about 30% of your time to daily support activities
- Provide 24x7 systems support according to the business units’ SLA of the Asia Pacific region on in-house developed business applications
- Handle issues resolution in accordance with SLA
- Report any system or operational deficiencies and recommend areas for improvements
System Sustenance Change Orders:
- Dedicate about 30% of the time to change request fulfillment activities
- Manage full change order fulfillment for the designated systems (independently end to end from feasibility study to final delivery)
- Manage development resources allocated as per change order requirements (usually of medium complexity)
Projects:
- Dedicate about 40% of your time in project work
- Contribute as a key project member/team lead/technical subject matter expert in new implementation/enhancement projects for small, medium to high complexity projects.
- Collaborate with other ICT team members, application SME's, and other vendors as and when required by the project and ensure delivery of projects in accordance with project KPIs
- Project activities include but are not limited to requirements gathering, design, testing, training, documentation, deployment, coordination, quality assurance, etc.
- Review all project outputs in relation to IT system deliverables from project development resources
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
To succeed in this role, you should possess the following qualifications, skills, and experiences:
- At least 7 years of Information Management experience in an MNC within the High Tech industry, with 5 years in an IT lead role in project/support environment
- At least 5 years of implementation and support experience in Data warehousing and BI tools
- Degree in Computer Science / Engineering or IT-related fields
- Preferably certified in Data engineering and/or Data analysis
- Preferably Project Management certified (PMP) or Agile Certified
- Excellent hands-on experience in Power BI, Cognos BI, Azure data lake, Azure Synapse, Azure/Oracle Datawarehouse, and ETL tools
- Proficiency in Power BI and Cognos BI Administration, Security, and Framework Manager Dimensional Modelling
- Experience in DAX, M query, SQL, stored procedures, database/data processing concepts, data modeling, reports, and dashboard development
- Good knowledge and in-depth experience in designing data warehouse systems and data flow in source systems such as Oracle eBusiness Suite or Azure D365
- In-depth knowledge and experience in designing and developing a flexible & and scalable BI model that can cater to business reporting needs
- Familiar with IT SDLC and agile methodologies.
- Familiar with business analytics and reporting in areas of Finance, Supply chain, Sales and distribution, Service CRM
- Good knowledge of application deployment and solutions
- Excellent understanding of data mining, data visualization, and statistical modeling
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Good analytical mind and problem-solving attitude/skills
- Possesses great attention to detail while also being flexible to adapt to a dynamic environment and changing priorities
- Proficient in business as well as technical writing/documentation
