Scope :
Lead - A Team of Teachers and ensure club classes runs smoothly.
Train - Onboard Trainee Teacher to teach all programmes.
Plan - conceptual planning of programs in the club (Classes, Special events, workshops, parties and more)
Execute - Delivering exciting and educational classes for children in various age groups and the execution of
weekend parties, creating magical moments for our young guests.
Customer Facing - Be able to Interact with parents and guardians, ensuring a positive and welcoming atmosphere within the club.
Design - Be able to assist in designing collaterals, posters for events
Offsite Classes: Attend offsite classes at islandwide locations
Qualifications: Masters in Education / Early Childhood
Experience : Leadership and Teaching Experience working in Education Sector
- Passion for working with children and creating a positive learning environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both children and parents.
- Ability to handle various responsibilities, from teaching to administrative tasks.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to attend offsite classes at other locations on specified days.
- Ability to commit at least 1 weekend every week.
