Responsibilities:
- Providing operational support in the areas of Offboarding and Distributors Records Management.
- Handle enquiries on Agency Rules on Offboarding, orphan policy assignment, debt recovery, and Rep’s Records.
- Prepare and review appeals within stated limits.
- Improve and enhance on communication to Financial Representatives related to operation processes.
- Conduct quality checks to comply with regulatory and audit sampling checks.
- Prepare/review summary reports/ presentation materials for management reporting (will be using PowerBI and Excel heavily).
- To participate in business process improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in life insurance industry
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint; MS Power BI (preferred)
- Good business analysis skills
