Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy to acquire new clients and expand the customer base within the industry.
- Prospecting: Identify potential customers and leads through various channels such as online research, networking, cold calling, and participation in industry events.
- Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their security requirements and propose suitable CCTV solutions.
- Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in CCTV technology and maintain a strong understanding of the company's CCTV product range.
- Demonstrations and Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients to showcase the benefits of the CCTV solutions.
- Proposal Development: Prepare customized sales proposals that address the specific security needs of clients and highlight the value of the company's CCTV products.
- Price Negotiation: Negotiate pricing and contracts with clients while ensuring that the terms align with the company's objectives and profitability.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage customer loyalty and secure repeat business.
- Market Analysis: Monitor industry trends, market competition, and customer feedback to identify opportunities and challenges in the CCTV market.
- Sales Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to the management team, outlining progress, achievements, and potential areas for improvement
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop effective promotional materials and campaigns that support the sales efforts.
- After-Sales Support: Coordinate with the customer support team to ensure seamless installation and post-sales support for clients.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Education: A bachelor's degree in IT engineering, or a related field is preferred. Technical qualifications in security systems or electronics are advantageous.
- Experience: Proven track record as a successful sales executive in the Physical security or IT industry, with a demonstrable history of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Industry Knowledge: knowledge of CCTV/ACS and Network technology, surveillance systems, and related security solutions.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to clients and internal teams.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand clients' security needs and propose appropriate solutions.
- Networking: A well-developed professional network within the security industry is beneficial.
- Negotiation Skills: Proficient in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals while ensuring the company's profitability.
- Customer-Centric: A customer-centric approach with the ability to build long-term relationships with clients.
- Results-Driven: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
- Experience in the SaaS solution selling (CRM, cloud ACS/VMS) is big plus
