Responsibilities:
- Assisting with maintenance & operational responsibility for day-to-day health including Storage, Server, and backup services.
- Performing daily operational procedures, on the facilities including routine check of the facilities.
- Tape change management, operation and support.
- 24x7 monitoring of all operational systems & network components, responsible for event detection & escalation
- Diploma in IT or Computer and related fields with at least 5 years of related experiences
- Must be willing to do 12 hours shift work (Day and Night rotating)
- Must be willing to be on 24x7 standby (on rotation basis)
