1. Answering incoming call, taking messages and re-directing calls as required
2. Process enquires and orders via email or phone or social media
3. Provide excellence customer services
4. Check data accuracy in orders and invoices and process orders in a timely manner
5. Liaise with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries
6. Maintain and update sales and customer records and database
7. Develop monthly sales reports
8. Communicate important feedback from customers
9. Ensure sales target are met and report any deviations
10. Stay up-to-date with new products and features
11. Appraise customers on alternative products when required item is not available
12. Resolve problems pertaining to customer orders
13. Taking minutes for sales meeting
14. Diary General office management and arranging appointments
15. Maintaining the company social media account and web management
