Job Description: -
- Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology.
- Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.
- Understand End to end system implementation including analyse, design, testing, and deployment of application
- Explain and guide Developers during Sprints to clarify the scope and intent of user stories
- Lead or support SIT and UAT test case creation
- To work with QA engineers in validating that the story is implemented as intended

- Related knowledge swiftly to work with other business analysts, Scrum Master, and product owners to drive pragmatic delivery decisions, control scope, and prioritize work.
- Lead scope discussions and effectively manage and control change.
- Dependency management within the squad and across agile teams .
- Help the squad understand the need for clear and concise Product Backlog items
- Guide squad to develop a high-quality product.
