- Sales position managing new and existing clients
- Responsible for establishing strong business relationship with new clients and existing clients
- Understanding client’s recruitment needs and performing full recruitment activities
- Provide recruitment and hiring advice
- Coordinate and liaise with clients and candidate for arrangement of appointment/interviews
- Provide quality professional services to ensure clients’ loyalty
- Possess a Diploma or Degree in any field. Relevant studies in Computer Science/Engineering will be advantageous
- Possess at least 1-2 years of recruitment sales or other sales experience in IT will be added advantage
- Possess at least 3-5 years for team lead position
- Excellent team player and able to multi-task
- Passionate, motivated and ambitious
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
