- Manage internal quality audit program from audit planning to implementation and reporting to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
- Support and create training materials and work closely with various departments to deliver our annual work plan
- Propose and implement appropriate corrective and preventive actions with proper follow up and documentation
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement, non-conformities, and opportunities for enhancing quality process.
- Work with the production team to build a product that meets customer expectations.
- Assisting in developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems based on ISO/ HACCP/ HALAL/ FSSC standards.
- Propose and support quality improvement projects and manage customer complaints.
- Assist in the preparation of audits by external certification bodies, ensuring all necessary documentation is in place and readily accessible.
- Manage the documentation of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective action plans
