Responsibilities
- Ensuring the safety of the gym users
- Maintenance of Gym visitors/users records and undertaking administrative tasks (monitoring of budget, planning of schedule for gym trainers).
- Maintenance of records / schedule of Gym Usages and Bookings
- Maintenance of the Gym safety equipment and dealing with enquiries, complaints and emergencies.
- Submission of reports
- Maintenance of Lockers and Water Coolers in the shower room
- Work with Office of Facilities Management to maintain the Gymnasium & Fitness Center and its facilities and equipment and rectify any damages.
- Manage and supervise student trainers
- Schedule and roster the students to be on duty as required in the operation of the Gym.
- Verify and validate the work hours clocked in by the student trainers.
- Ensuring staff and student trainers' first aid training, CPR+AED and BSSC (Basic Sports Science Course) are up to-date
Requirements
- Required to be CPR + AED Certified
- Must be physically fit and should possess sound customer service, business, management, sales and marketing skills.
- Good problem-solving, interpersonal, organisational and communication skills are also essential.
