Global Assistant Brand Manager - Vaseline Therapeutics

The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Global Brand Manager on the Vaseline Therapeutics Portfolio in SEA. This portfolio is a strategic priority for the brand playing in a rapidly growing segment of the market and is a critical pillar of the strategic growth roadmap.


The candidate will be responsible for delivering key innovations in the current plan and supporting the development of a pipeline of innovations to unlock future growth opportunities through crafting and launching new global mixes. The candidate would also support development of best-in-class advertising assets for TVC, digital, ecommerce, and medical marketing channels.


This role will require a candidate to have:

  • A basic appreciation of marketing skills such as concept development, packaging design, research methodologies, communication campaign development etc.
  • Strong project leadership experience backed by the ability to work with (1) cross functional global teams (i.e., CMI, Supply Chain, Finance, R&D) on innovation development and (2) local market leads to support market priorities and innovation planning
  • Appreciation of local markets and basic understanding of consumers in the SEA region
  • Necessary to have experience in Thailand Skin Care. Fluency in the Thai language is desirable.
  • A keen eye for beauty. Experience working in Beauty and Skin care will be valuable.
  • An innovative streak will be plus!

The candidate’s main scope will include landing mixes in lead market Thailand, this being among the most innovative, competitive and unique beauty markets in the world. The candidate will need to show great resolve and persistence in the face of demanding consumers and stakeholders.


This is a very challenging yet rewarding position. As such, a marketer with 1or 2 years’ experience will be best suited to the role, using this stint to consolidate their experience to seek future growth opportunities at Unilever or beyond.
