Assistant Manager(HR, Admin & Corporate Governance)

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in day-to-day operation for HR and admin matters.
  • Assist the Director in the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Assist the Director in corporate governance and compliance matters.
  • Administer HR-related paperwork to ensure compliance with all labour laws and regulations
  • Assist with office administrative and procurement matters.
  • Assist with preparation for the Board meeting.
  • Assist in the management of HR related projects.
  • Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.


Job Requirement:

  • Min. degree level in Human Resources, business administration or other relevant majors.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role, preferrable with corporate governance or compliance experiences.
  • Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
