Job Responsibility:
- Assist in day-to-day operation for HR and admin matters.
- Assist the Director in the development and implementation of HR strategies, policies, and programs to support the organization's goals and objectives.
- Assist the Director in corporate governance and compliance matters.
- Administer HR-related paperwork to ensure compliance with all labour laws and regulations
- Assist with office administrative and procurement matters.
- Assist with preparation for the Board meeting.
- Assist in the management of HR related projects.
- Undertake any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirement:
- Min. degree level in Human Resources, business administration or other relevant majors.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role, preferrable with corporate governance or compliance experiences.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
