- Continuously seek information to improve the vendor experience and makes recommendations to the existing process.
- Manage the set-up of vendor marketing campaigns and conduct post-campaign evaluation.
- Implement promotional programs for vendor(s)
- Support on obtaining deals & promotions for events.
- Source new products and assist vendor(s) in product creation.
- Create and manage vendor accounts and contractual agreements per SOP.
- Drive financial governance with vendors.
- Educate vendor (s) on tools, processes & resources.
- Fix product defects.
- Simplify or automate tasks to drive improved business performance.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree required.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience as Brand Specialist or Ecommerce analyst is strongly preferred
- Confidence in communicating both internally and externally.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Analytical skills, familiarity with data analysis methodologies and high computer literacy, with ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Experience working with data.
- Good Excel Skills - Pivot Table, Vlookup
- Open to 12 months contract role
