Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Liaise with various departments such as plan, monitor, appraise and review job contributions to ensure timely production and dispatch of goods to Customers
  • Meet customer service requirements by maintaining contact with customers; visiting operational environments; conducting surveys; forming focus groups.
  • Improves customer service quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; establishing and communicating service metrics;
  • Take ownership and action appropriately escalated customer issues and follow problems through to resolution.
  • Coordinate workflow between customers and vendors to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Work with internal members to ensure smooth delivery/execution of services
  • Allocate, coordinate and monitor job orders and resources
  • Assist managers with ad-hoc matters

Requirements:

  • Degree or its equivalent, preferably in Logistics or Operations Management (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, problem solving and follow-up skills.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Bilingual in English & Mandarin
  • Able to commence work with short notice.
  • Work location at Pandan Road
  • 5.5 work week (Alt Sat)
