Senior Crew who are able to operate 3 in 1 dredger, especially the dredging and conveyor machineries.
Reports to: Port Captain
Responsibilities:
· To be responsible for the operation of dredging and conveyor machineries.
· Able to guide other crew member on the operation of the machineries.
· To promote and manage the vessels’ health, safety and environment compliance.
· To ensure that the vessels are able to perform their voyages and operations.
· To oversee the vessels’ navigational matters, including approval of passage plans.
· To liaise with and manage matters in relation to crews and operating of machineries.
· To provide support in respect of queries regarding vessels’ capabilities and performances.
· Member of company’s emergency response team.
· Attend to projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
· Relevant STCW certificates and seaman holders with sailing experience.
· Must be fit and healthy. Staying onboard vessel’s accommodation.
· Supervisory experience will be advantageous
· Possess good oral and written communication skills
· Analytical, able to work independently and result-oriented
· Ability to commence work in short notice will be advantageous
