Job Responsibilities
- Providing help to customers and sales managers.
- Communicating courteously with customers by telephone & email
- Investigating and solving customers' problems.
- Liaise with different departments
- Processing orders
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers
Job Requirements
- SAP experience is preferred.
- With relevant experience in administrative support for sales team
