Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage day to day operations of the Training Centre assigned to you is well-managed and daily operations are carried out without any lapses;
- Ensure overall customer service of the reception counter is maintained at a satisfactory level, where visitors visit and leave the space delighted
- Manage staff under your supervision complete their daily operation duties to facilitate class administration processes
- To ensure that all documentation for class start is readily prepared and completed for Trainers to apply during the start of classes
- Ensure all transfer and withdrawal processes are completed accurately and timely as per required by the Company and/or Program Partners
- Ensure that all documents submitted meet the standard for invoicing
- Report in a timely fashion, any disruptions, challenges, and non-compliant behaviours that are affecting daily operations at the Training Centre.
Requirements
- Competency in interpersonal and communication skills
- Meticulous and able to multi-task
- Computer literacy with proficiency in MS Office applications
