Responsibilities
- Own, Lead & manage Global Private Bank Cross Border Core Banking Implementation Program on Temenos platform.
- Lead and supervise end-to-end transformation from Requirements to Go live initiatives within the IT Core banking implementation services industry, ensuring seamless implementation and maintenance of core banking system.
- Employ a blend of extensive functional and Program management expertise both Retail and Private banking which includes Securities, Derivatives and Retail Banking areas of Loans, Payments and Cards.
- Assume full accountability for the seamless end-to-end migration of core banking systems, mitigating risks and ensuring a flawless transition.
- Setup and build a team of 100+ Temenos resources across multiple locations including India, Singapore and Europe.
- Stakeholder management at CIO level. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Establish process framework for day-to-day multi country IT operations business queries including facilitating advisory engagement when required.
- Provide dynamic though-leadership to the business on how to most effectively manage and control multi country Implementation and mitigate risks.
Skills Requirement
- Bachelor’s/Masters Degree in Computer Engineering/Information technology.
- 22+ years of senior-level experience in the Financial Services industry, including significant experience in Private banking, Wealth Management.
- Strong Temenos hands on Experience in Technical, Functional and Program Management.
- Experience in Implementation of Temenos Core Banking Solution across multiple countries with $100m+ budget.
- Handling C Level Senior management customer level with program communication experience.
- Setup and manage a team of 100+ resources across various global locations including Singapore, India and Europe.
