Job Responsibilities :
· Assist Project Manager in planning and execution of schedule
· Manage day-to-day operation of project sites, coordinating between clients and project workforce.
· Liaise with managements/clients, attend meetings to resolve technical issues.
· Actively involved with safety and technical documentations, such as drafting of Risk Assessment, Method Statements, application of PTW for timely commencement of work.
· Ensure timely delivery of project. Troubleshoot with project team for any potential issues that might hinder schedule.
· Assist Project Manager in monitoring project budget.
· Prepare and submit progress reports and claims to client periodically.
· Assist Project Manager in managing the project, including handover to clients.
· Any other duties assigned by Project Manager
Job Requirements :
· Minimum Polytechnic diploma in Civil/Structural Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Building or equivalent
· Experience in construction projects (especially painting works) will be advantageous
· Fluent in English
· Able to work independently.
· Able to work on night shifts.
· Able to travel around Singapore to manage different projects.
