As Digital & Platform Services Program Manager, you will be leading the Digital & Platform Services Operations team supporting Corporate Investment Banking business across Asia. You will be responsible for managing and executing a multi-year location strategy across Asia and work closely with various stakeholders, including senior management, to develop and implement a comprehensive plan that aligns with our overall organizational goals. The Asia Program Manager role is a critical position within our organization, and you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our broader global strategy.
Job responsibilities:
• Develop and execute a multi-year location strategy across Asia, focusing on key markets and regions
• Collaborate with senior management and other stakeholders to ensure that the strategy aligns with organizational objectives
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the program, including budgeting, reporting, and stakeholder communication
• Build relationships with key partners, suppliers, and other stakeholders in Asia to support the strategic goals of the organization
• Ensure that all program activities are in compliance with relevant regulatory and legal requirements
• Ensure that the program is meeting its key performance indicators, including financial, operational, and stakeholder objectives
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, and risk management plans for all program activities
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
• Bachelor's degree in business, management, international relations, or a related field
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Project Management / Business Transformation / Product Owner within the Banking industry in Asia
• Solid project management skills, including the ability to develop and monitor detailed project plans, budgets, and risk management plans
• Experience in managing large scale location strategy programs which involve people agenda
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with key stakeholders in Asia
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of identifying and implementing innovative solutions
• Prior working experience in Asia with knowledge of the political, economic and cultural landscape across the region which may impact the program implementation
• Ability to travel regularly across Asia.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
• Experience in project management within Banking Operations space
• Experience in working within Market Operations
