Position Overview:

As a dynamic and growth-oriented agency, we are looking for a skilled TikTok Shop Account Manager to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing TikTok Shop accounts for various clients, focusing on arranging live streams with creators and monitoring account performance. The ideal candidate will have a robust understanding of the TikTok platform, influencer collaboration, live stream strategies, and e-commerce analytics. Your goal will be to maximize our clients' brand visibility, engagement, and sales on TikTok Shop through innovative strategies and effective collaboration with content creators.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Client Account Management:Manage and oversee multiple client accounts on TikTok Shop.
    Develop customized strategies for each client to enhance their online presence and sales performance.
    Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  2. Live Stream Coordination:Arrange and coordinate live stream sessions with creators for various client accounts.
    Work closely with influencers and clients to plan content, promotions, and sales strategies for live streams.
    Monitor live stream performance and provide clients with detailed analytics and insights.
  3. Performance Analysis and Reporting:Regularly analyze and report on account performance, including sales, viewer engagement, and content effectiveness.
    Use insights to make data-driven recommendations for account optimization.
    Prepare and present performance reports to clients, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  4. Influencer Collaboration and Management:Identify and engage with suitable TikTok creators and influencers for client campaigns.
    Negotiate terms and manage contracts with influencers.
    Ensure content alignment with client’s brand values and campaign objectives.
  5. Content Strategy and Oversight:Collaborate with content creators to develop engaging and relevant content for TikTok Shop.
    Ensure all content is on-brand and tailored to each client’s target audience.
    Stay updated with TikTok trends and advise clients on content best practices.
  6. Team Collaboration:Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, sales, creative) to ensure a cohesive approach to client strategies.
    Share insights and best practices with the team to foster knowledge and skill development.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing TikTok accounts, particularly in e-commerce and live streaming.
  • Strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, features, and user engagement strategies.
  • Experience in influencer collaboration and digital content strategy.
  • Excellent analytical skills with experience in performance metrics and KPIs.
  • Exceptional client management and communication skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Creative, proactive, and adept at problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.
