We are looking for Manager and/or Assistant Manager to be a part of a young and vibrant team in a modern Italian restaurant. We have outlets located at the Orchardgateway and Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine@Novena
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Coordinate the entire restaurant operation, manpower deployment, and schedule planning
2. Nurture a positive working environment and lead by example
3. Able to deploy, supervise, direct, and motivate staff
4. Handle administrative and paperwork
a. Daily sales reporting /Sales settlement
b. Manage stock level and monthly stock take
c. Procurement and liaising with suppliers.
d. Update and maintenance of all operational equipment
5. Customer services
a. Preparation and table setup
b. Hosting Guests at their tables
c. Making & Confirming Guest Reservations
d. Customer Service / Waiting on guest
e. Deliver excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
f. Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
g. Explain how various menu items are prepared, describing ingredients and cooking methods
h. Ensure cleanliness and timely services are always rendered to guests
6. Ad hoc tasks assigned by the management
