Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Under the Test Engineering team, you will design, build and deploy test equipment with the objectives to ensure products meet design specifications
- Prepare project plan and coordinates the attainment of project deliverable from planning to implementation. Maintains matrix for process improvements
- Drive project deliverable and task details by through the use reports, tracking charts and, checklists
- Aligns the activities of resources internal to the business unit to achieve on-time and within budget performance objectives for the project
- Monitors, and reports to the business unit on project's cost performance
- Participate in intra business unit design teams to complete projects
- Contribute to the team's technical development in the pursuit of the team's project goals
- Research causes to project obstacles and assist in implementing solutions for resolution
Requirements:
- Bachelor in Engineering with minimum 6 years of relevant experiences
- Strong equipment and electrical background
- Proven project management experiences
- Proactive and resourceful personality
- Good communication and follow-up skills
