Location : Tampines
We are looking for a customer centric and detail-oriented team member with strong communication skill who will also be responsible for the administrative duties related to the day-to-day operations of the center.
Job Duties & Responsibilities
· Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the center to ensure consistency and efficient delivery of services to all center users.
· Have a strong product knowledge of center’s offerings, services and processes.
· Maintain high level of service standards.
· Handle and deliver customer’s feedback professionally and promptly.
· Attend to Walk-ins/ telephone enquiries and email correspondences from customers.
Requirements:
- Singapore citizen or PR.
- Possesses at least a Diploma, GCE A/O levels with at least 2 years of relevant experience in customer and/or administrative service.
- Prior hospitality / customer service experience will be an advantage.
- High-quality written and verbal communication abilities.
- 5-day work week: 4 weekdays and Sunday. No Public Holidays.
- Personable, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Team player and is able to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Proficient computer skills.
- Bilingual. Strong proficiency in spoken and written English and able to liaise with customers who can converse in Mandarin only.
- Well-groomed with a professional disposition.
