Job Summary:
The Human Resource Assistant will perform a wide range of administrative tasks and services to support effective and efficient day-to-day operations of the Human Resource Division.
Role and Responsibilities:
· Assist with end-to-end recruitment process such as liaising with various stakeholders regarding recruitment needs, posting of job advertisements on various platforms, screening of resumes, first cut call with the candidate, arranging of interviews.
· Assist with implementing training and development plans for the Company such as sourcing for the right course and course provider for staff training, ensure all training forms are properly documented and filed aligned with ISO standards.
· Assist with planning and execution of employment engagement events such as company-wide meetings.
· In charge of all general procurement i.e. pantry snacks, office supplies, stationaries.
· Assist with staff benefits, i.e. monthly staff welfare, birthday month benefits.
· Support HR administrative work.
· Perform any other adhoc duties as assigned.
Requirements:
· Diploma or Degree in HR Management or related fields, with minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
· Proficient with MS Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
· Good communication skills – both written and verbal.
· Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
· Good time management and attention to detail.
Additional Notes:
- 5 Days work week
- Monday to Thursday: 8.30 am to 6.00 pm
- Friday 8.30am to 5.30 pm
- Location: Pandan Ave (West Coast area) - Transport provided.
