• Purchase of raw materials, packaging materials etc to give full support to Production without disrupting production.
• Purchase of office equipment and supplies
• Set up an efficient and reliable purchasing system.
• Sourcing for honest and reliable supplies to establish long term business relationships.
• Reviewing of company’s purchasing requirements regularly
• Inventory control and management
• To liaise and negotiate with suppliers for best deal
• Prepare Budget and price control.
• Warehouse operations (raw materials)
• Willing to work outdoor for raw material receiving & require to drive forklift occasionally.
• Providing general administrative and quality management support.
• Follow QESH-MS Work Procedures and SOP.
Job Requirement
• ITE, N-Level, O level or Diploma in Logistic and Supply chain management or equivalent
• Familiar with SAP system will be highly advantageous
