Responsibilities
Sourcing Specialist:
- Manage both campus and experience hiring pipelines.
- Build pipelines via channels such as sourcing, screening, referrals and cold-calling for multiple, complex searches to find and engage key technical talents of all levels.
- Collaborate closely with the Recruiting team (Recruiters and other Sourcers) & hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle to ensure business needs and goals are fulfilled.
- Develop a holistic business understanding and manage stakeholder relationships including HR, hiring managers, and external partners (e.g: Agencies).
- Own and drive innovative sourcing strategies, initiate new projects and/or optimise current processes to improve recruiting process and efficiency (e.g: Support market research and talent mapping initiatives).
- Conduct complex data analysis and share up-to-date, accurate, and value-adding market intelligence to business leaders to support business growth (e.g: measure conversion rates, including numbers of passive candidates who turn into applicants, get invited to interviews, get offers and get hired).
- Prequalify potential candidates to determine their qualifications.
Recruitment Coordinator:
- Own the interview scheduling process and communicate logistics to both candidates and hiring teams.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process and provide feedback.
- Collaborate with recruiters and hiring managers to improve on recruiting process and efficiency.
- Ensuring a great candidate experience and advocating the company as a great place to work for all candidates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree.
- Ability to contribute in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and prioritize multiple functions and tasks.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, and strong organizational skills (attention to detail).
- Great analytical and problem solving skills with the capability to analyze high amounts of data to support business strategies and decisions.
- Experience with research/sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, other social media, or technical forums is a huge plus.
